About The Role
We’re now looking for a Group Benefits Account Associate to join our growing team - a trusted customer success partner who ensures our clients are always supported, engaged, and getting the most out of their benefits programs.
As a Group Benefits Account Associate, you will work closely with our Account Executives, insurers, and clients to deliver exceptional day-to-day service and drive client satisfaction and retention. You’ll be the first line of support for plan administrators, helping them navigate renewals, claims issues, onboarding, and ongoing education.

About The Role
We’re now looking for a Group Benefits Account Associate to join our growing team - a trusted customer success partner who ensures our clients are always supported, engaged, and getting the most out of their benefits programs.
As a Group Benefits Account Associate, you will work closely with our Account Executives, insurers, and clients to deliver exceptional day-to-day service and drive client satisfaction and retention. You’ll be the first line of support for plan administrators, helping them navigate renewals, claims issues, onboarding, and ongoing education.
Skills & Qualifications
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries related to group benefits and group retirement programs
- Supporting plan implementations, renewals, and mid-year adjustments alongside Account Executives
- Coordinating with insurance carriers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Preparing plan marketing materials, reports, and presentations using internal templates and data
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of client deliverables including employee booklets, onboarding guides, and HR support tools
- Tracking client feedback, touchpoints, and next steps in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Supporting special projects like plan benchmarking, employee engagement initiatives, or wellness programming
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration or employee benefits support.
- Life/A&S licensed in British Columbia, with ability to be licensed in additional applicable provinces ASAP.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems like Hubspot is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
