Equans is looking for a Facility Administrator for the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) for a 3 months contract!

Summary
Reporting to the Senior Facility Administrator or senior manager as the Facility Manager might designate, the Facility Administrator is responsible for general administrative work. The candidate is also responsible for other office work as well as assisting in processing supporting data for performance monitoring reports and will assist the team in preparing reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative work to include, but not limited to, creation and issuance of correspondences.
- Manage office supply inventory.
- Effective interaction and communication with the Equans team members.
- Receive and manage phone calls and correspondence as required.
- Note all requests from CAMH’s users delivered in-person in a courteous and professional manner in accordance with protocols and procedures and convey the request to Senior Facility Administrator.
- Provide pleasant customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Organize, source and fill requests for purchases on behalf of the Facility team.
- Handle and document the receipt of goods, services records and invoices (accounts payable) for site level issues.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Is authorized to work in Canada.
- Experienced in the use of all tools in the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat (PDF);
- Able to use multiple computer systems;
- 1-3 years in administration experience;
- Active student or graduate with college degree in Administration or equivalent (any relevant degree, diploma or experience will be evaluated);
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
- Able to pass all background checks and obtain a security clearance as per hospital requirements;
- Must provide immunization records of vaccinations for COVID-19.
