What You’ll Get To Do
As the Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth while fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration within the sales team. You will lead a diverse group of sales professionals, ensuring that every team member has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
Job responsibilities include:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and promote inclusivity.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team, encouraging collaboration and open communication.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional growth.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach in all sales activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Over 15 years in sales leadership roles, including 7+ years leading large-scale sales organizations.
- Progressive career as a Sales Executive with responsibility for $400M+ in sales.
- Proven track record in a sales leadership role, ideally within the glass, glazing, architectural metals, or building materials sectors.
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex sales data and provide strategic recommendations.
