What You’ll Like About This Job
Morgan Construction & Environmental Ltd. is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for the Ridley Island Energy Export Facility project in Prince Rupert, BC. Operators will handle large excavators and loaders for grading, earthmoving, reclamation, and site development tasks. This is a full-time, union-supported role ideal for those with at least 3 years of hands-on equipment experience in a heavy civil or oilfield environment.

- Minimum 3 years experience operating excavators or loaders
- Ability to operate 336 and/or 470 excavators
- CSTS-09, First Aid, H2S Alive, Bear Awareness (or willingness to obtain)
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots
- Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol/fitness testing
- Experience in road, lease, and pad construction
- Familiarity with grade plans and soft ground conditions
- Ice road construction experience
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in rotating schedules and remote locations
