Our client, a global consumer health leader, is currently seeking a Design Program Manager.


This role will support the Corporate Brand Design team by driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority, cross-functional design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing brand-focused creative projects—not digital product—and thrive in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple moderate-scale, high-impact projects across brand design.
  • Guide cross-functional project teams through the Design workflow process, ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
  • Maintain and update the portfolio management database with accurate project documentation, scope, and resource analyses.
  • Provide regular project status updates to Design Leadership to support visibility into portfolio and segment health.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal design peers, stakeholders, and external creative partners.
  • Contribute to and share best practices within the Design org to improve team workflows and efficiencies.
  • Analyze and report on portfolio data using dashboards and custom reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Own and drive timelines and deliverables for:

- Corporate Brand Guidelines and Toolkits

- Corporate Brand Templates

- Corporate Brand Creative Assets (icons, illustrations, fonts, sonic branding, etc.)

- Photo and video shoots for Brand Content

- Freelance and agency deliverables


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience within creative, brand, or design teams (not digital product design).
  • Proficiency in Wrike or similar project/workflow management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Workfront).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to navigate and collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams, as well as external agencies and freelancers.
  • Strong writing and communication skills; clear, concise, and effective across both synchronous and asynchronous workflows.
  • Solutions-oriented with a team-first mentality—seeks to understand root causes and deliver sustainable solutions.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Background in enterprise and corporate brand environments (e.g., P&G, Unilever)
  • Familiarity with the CPG or FMCG industry
