Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for for ensuring that all compliance efforts related to safety and fleet management are effectively managed for a specific location or region.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
  • Provide guidance on compliance issues, training, and support to employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and ensure organizational adherence to relevant laws and standards. Responsible for due diligence of our Third-Party Risk Management providers.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years business experience

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $69,575.00 - $84,834.56/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
