How does this role impact the organization?
The Practice Management Leader is responsible for enhancing the client experience and driving business development by optimizing advisory practices. Reporting to Executive Vice President, Head of Wealth Management, this leadership role oversees a team of multidisciplinary coaches and is accountable for designing, executing, and continuously improving programs that support the growth and success of top advisory teams. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep expertise in advisor development, and a strong ability to build cross-functional relationships that elevate the value advisors deliver to clients.

Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $130,000-150,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

What will this role be responsible for?
- Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary team focused on practice management and advisor development.
- Create and implement a comprehensive framework of practice management programs tailored to top-performing advisory teams.
- Facilitate and deliver workshops, sessions, and coaching initiatives that support business development and improve the client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Head of Practice Management at RJF to ensure coordination and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with Total Wealth Solutions and marketing teams to leverage firm offerings and deliver value-added resources to advisors.
- Plan and execute client-facing webinars and events in coordination with Total Wealth Solutions specialists.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with external specialists and resources to enhance advisor training and development.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of advisors through internship programs and ongoing coaching.
- Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from the field to refine programs and develop new offerings aligned with advisor needs.
- Lead succession planning discussions and guide advisor teams through planning and strategy development.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to track advisor metrics, engagement, and success rates; generate insights and reporting to inform decision-making.

What do we expect from you?
Knowledge/Skills:
- Proven track record of developing and leading practice management or advisor development programs.
- Strong leadership and team management experience with the ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with financial advisory business models and client service standards.
- Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to support program development and performance tracking.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships and collaborate with internal partners and external resources.
- Experience working with or knowledge of Total Wealth Solutions and related marketing strategies.
- Skilled in facilitation, training, and communication with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Entrepreneurial approach to identifying needs and developing scalable programs to support advisor growth.
- Technologically savvy, with an ability to identify and implement solutions that enhance practice efficiency and impact.
- Fluency in French is an asset.
- Apply Strategic Effectiveness: Create and execute a long-term vision for practice management, incorporating industry best practices and field feedback.
- Be a Credible Influence: Build trust with advisors and internal stakeholders by providing valuable guidance and thought leadership.

- Significant experience in practice management, advisor coaching, or business development within the wealth management or financial advisory sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and implementing strategic programs that support business growth.
