As a Regional Manager, Administrative Services your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coaching colleagues:
- The role is responsible for the people management and leadership within designated teams across the firm. This includes directly coaching individuals in various Business Units and leading Managers who support their respective teams. This diverse group of colleagues performs various administrative functions throughout the firm and includes managers responsible for supervising other employees
- This includes day-to-day coaching, performance management, recruiting and onboarding of the team(s) you are leading, as well as supporting coachees with the goal setting and growth plans in alignment with Firm Strategy
- Provide regular feedback to coachees to support their growth. This involves one-on-one meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and recognize achievements
- Work with senior leadership to evaluate business support needs, capacity planning, and team efficiency, ensuring resources are aligned with the firm's strategic goals and operational priorities
- Lead strategic initiatives within the Administrative Services Team to support our purpose, aligning with Firm Wide and Business Unit priorities. Collaborate closely with the Administration Leadership team (National Senior Manager, Regional Managers, and Managers) to ensure cohesive teamwork, drive projects forward, and enable change across the Administrative Team
- Contribute to the development of strategy for the National Administrative Team, and communicate, cascade, and implement the strategy within the relevant Region or Team
- In collaboration with the National Senior Manager, Administrative Services, address identified needs and implement changes concerning the business unit or service lines within specified Business Units or segments
- Bring insights from the Region and/or specified BU to represent in cross functional projects and firm wide initiatives by working closely with stakeholders from other departments such as People & Culture, IT, Business Transformation, and other Operations and Support teams
- Working in collaboration with the Business Operations teams (Acquisitions & Integrations) to support successful and seamless integration of new Administrative Colleagues from integrating firms
- Take the lead on process documentation and the Administrative Learning to Thrive pathway. This will require a high level of collaboration with the L&D team and Administrative Leaders, to develop and curate learning resources
- Coordination and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures relating to administrative processes that align in supporting the best client and colleague experience
- Other responsibilities, as assigned.

Think you’ve got what it takes to be a Regional Manager, Administrative Services? Like the colour purple? Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:
- Post-secondary education in business administration, administrative services, or another relevant field
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in relevant responsibilities
- Minimum of three years’ work experience leading and coaching large teams
- Strong coaching skills and enthusiastic about support coachees in their growth and development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm
- Ability to provide a balanced, practical approach to routine and complex issues
- Eager to make a difference and has an infectious can-do attitude
- Able to create the environment for growth and generate energy to inspire and lead
