Key Responsibilities
- Supervise & Support Technicians: Provide guidance, hands-on training, and diagnostic support to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs.
- Ensure Quality & Compliance: Review and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to company and manufacturer standards.
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform complex mechanical and technical diagnostics using advanced tools and systems.
- Maintain Workflow & Documentation: Record detailed repair notes, customer concerns, and shift updates to ensure operational continuity.
- Train & Mentor Apprentices: Share expertise and best practices to support the professional development of junior technicians.
- Enforce Shop Safety Standards: Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Customer & Internal Support: Provide technical assistance to the Sales and Parts departments and address service-related customer inquiries.
- Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in manufacturer training sessions, service bulletins, and internal learning programs.
- Valid 310T Technician Certification (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 5 years of experience in truck or automotive repair (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to supervise and mentor a team
- Proficient in advanced diagnostics and mechanical repair
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess own set of hand tools
