The Digital Business Readiness Consultant is responsible for ensuring that our business is prepared for digital transformation and initiatives by building end-to-end communication and learning plans. The DBR Consultant will apply innovation, critical thinking and communication skills to assess and support Business Readiness needs with clear/concise communication and learning strategies and plans. This role requires strong digital knowledge, excellent communication, relationship building and facilitation abilities, as well as business knowledge to ensure digital adoption across various stakeholder groups.

How You Will Create Impact

  • Work with Digital Business Readiness Manager to build the overall plan for communications and learning programs on a rolling basis.
  • Consult with internal clients to determine their objectives and establish the scope of their requirements.
  • Develop creative/innovative recommendations and strategic solutions for communication and learning programs targeted to internal audiences as well as communication for prospects/clients.
  • Design, develop and implement strategies to improve digital business readiness processes and support digital transformation.
  • Build/update dashboards on digital business readiness metrics to track effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyse data metrics and trends to determine successes or areas of improvement in communications and learning strategies and adjust.
  • Build strong relationships and strategic partnerships with multiple business partners across the organization; collaborate with partners for effective and optimal business outcomes.

To Join Our Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
  • 7-9 years of experience in digital, communications/change management or digital product management roles, preferably in the insurance or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital first principles, digital strategy, digital platforms, and digital experiences.
  • Communication skills (written, verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to provide credible counsel to digital leadership on business readiness tactics (comms and learning).
  • Planning, project management, and relationship building.
  • Knowledge of the major product lines, operational processes, and staffing roles across the group of companies.
