- Administrative Management: Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining accurate records.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and supporting the administrative staff, working along side the clinic manager, providing training, and addressing concerns.
- Patient Care Support: Facilitating communication between dental staff and patients, scheduling appointments, and processing new patient information.
- Budget Management: Tracking expenses, managing accounts receivable, and ordering supplies.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health regulations and operational standards.
- Staff Management: Assigning tasks, determining schedules, and managing the performance of administrative staff.
- Other Duties: May also be responsible for marketing, communications, and assisting with patient relations.
- Monday to Friday 8 to 4pm no weekends!
