On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6-month role.


Business Analyst - Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst contractor to assist in the implementation of a new Contracting Management System. This project involves working closely with supply chain and legal teams to ensure the system meets business needs and supports decision-making processes.


Business Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supply chain and legal teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the implementation of the new CMS, ensuring it meets business needs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and optimize contract management and legal review processes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather user feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training documentation to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new CMS.
  
  
  

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain and/or legal environments.
• Demonstrated experience in the implementation of contract management software (CMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with specific CMS platforms is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
