Job Description: ***English job description follows*** Description de l'emploi :Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Spécialiste des limitations de navigabilité pour rejoindre notre équipe d’Ingénierie de Maintenance basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la rédaction de publications clés, en particulier le Manuel des limitations de navigabilité (AWL) et son harmonisation avec le Document de planification de la maintenance (MPD), qui sont vitaux pour les programmes de maintenance des opérateurs. L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. Votre rôle principale en tant que Spécialiste des limitations de navigabilité sera la gestion complète du Manuel des limitations de navigabilité (AWL) et son intégration cohérente avec le Document de planification de la maintenance (MPD). Cela exige une collaboration proactive avec les équipes d'ingénierie, en utilisant vos solides compétences en communication et en validation pour mettre en uvre stratégiquement les modifications de l'AWL qui ont un impact sur la sécurité aérienne et l'efficacité opérationnelle. Analyse de la documentation technique : Une fonction principale et essentielle comprenant :

• L'identification de toutes les modifications et de tous les changements documentés dans des rapports d'ingénierie complexes.
• Une compréhension approfondie de l'impact technique sous-jacent de ces changements sur les limitations de navigabilité de l'aéronef.
• L'évaluation des implications de ces changements pour les exploitants d'aéronefs, en tenant compte de facteurs tels que les calendriers de maintenance.
• La capacité à naviguer dans des situations où les informations initiales du rapport peuvent nécessiter une clarification ou une correction par un engagement proactif avec les parties prenantes de l'ingénierie.

• Rédaction et maintenance de l'AWL et du MPD : Rédaction de nouvelles sections et révision du contenu existant pour l'AWL et s'assurer que ces changements sont mis en uvre et maintenus avec précision dans le MPD.
• Collaboration et éducation des parties prenantes : Interaction quotidienne avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour clarifier les informations techniques et assurer une interprétation précise pour l'intégration dans l'AWL, et comprendre comment ces changements se reflètent dans le MPD.
• Alignement stratégique et mise en uvre : Participation aux discussions pour s'entendre sur la meilleure stratégie de mise en uvre des changements identifiés à partir des rapports d'ingénierie dans l'AWL et s'assurer de la répercussion précise de ces changements dans le MPD.
• Validation constructive : Examen proactif des informations techniques et validation confiante des divergences ou des incohérences potentielles pour assurer l'intégrité de l'AWL et sa représentation précise dans le MPD.
• Compréhension du programme de maintenance : Tirer parti d'une solide compréhension des programmes de maintenance des aéronefs et des exigences opérationnelles pour s'assurer que l'AWL et sa représentation dans le MPD soutiennent efficacement des opérations sûres et efficientes.
• Contrôle des documents : Maintien de registres précis des révisions, des approbations et de la distribution pour l'AWL et le MPD, en soulignant l'importance d'une tenue de registres précise pour les deux documents.
• Amélioration continue : Identification des opportunités d'amélioration des processus dans le cycle de développement et de maintenance de l'AWL et de sa représentation dans le MPD, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration de la précision et de l'efficacité grâce à une communication efficace.
  
  

Votre Profil

Vous possédez au minimum un baccalauréat en ingénierie, ou l'équivalent pour ce rôle.

• Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience démontrable dans un rôle technique au sein de l'industrie aérospatiale, avec un accent significatif sur la documentation et l'interaction avec les parties prenantes.
• Vous avez une expérience auprès d'exploitants d'aéronefs ou dans des rôles liés à la navigabilité (préférable).
• Vous avez une capacité démontrée à identifier rapidement et avec précision les changements dans des rapports d'ingénierie complexes.
• Vous avez une capacité à comprendre les ramifications techniques de ces changements.
• Vous avez une capacité à évaluer l'impact potentiel de ces changements sur les exploitants d'aéronefs, en tenant compte de facteurs tels que les calendriers de maintenance.
• Vous avez une capacité avérée à collaborer efficacement avec l'ingénierie pour résoudre les divergences techniques.
• Vous avez une capacité à travailler efficacement dans des délais serrés.
• Vous avez une capacité avérée à interpréter et à analyser des rapports d'ingénierie avec une grande précision et à valider les informations pour la conformité réglementaire et l'alignement avec le MPD.
• Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale pour les discussions techniques.

Your challenges:

Technical Documentation Analysis: A primary and critical function involving:

• Identification of all modifications and changes documented within complex engineering reports.
• Thorough understanding of the underlying technical impact of these changes on the aircraft's airworthiness limitations.
• Assessment of the implications of these changes for aircraft operators , considering factors such as maintenance schedules.
• Skill in navigating situations where initial report information may require clarification or correction through proactive engagement with engineering stakeholders.

• AWL and MPD Authoring and Maintenance: Authoring new sections and revising existing content for the AWL (ensuring compliance with relevant Transport Canada regulations ) and ensuring that these changes are accurately implemented and maintained within the MPD.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Education: Daily interaction with engineering teams to clarify technical information and ensure accurate interpretation for incorporation into the AWL, and understanding how these changes will be reflected in the MPD.
• Strategic Alignment and Implementation: Participating in discussions to align on the best strategy for implementing changes identified from engineering reports into the AWL and ensuring the subsequent accurate reflection of these changes in the MPD.
• Constructive Validation: Proactively reviewing technical information and confidently validating potential discrepancies or inconsistencies to ensure the integrity of the AWL and its accurate reflection in the MPD.
• Maintenance Program Understanding: Leveraging a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance programs and operational requirements to ensure the AWL and its reflection in the MPD effectively support safe and efficient operations.
• Document Control: Maintaining accurate records of revisions, approvals, and distribution for both the AWL and the MPD, emphasizing the importance of precise record-keeping for both documents.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement in the development and maintenance lifecycle of the AWL and its reflection in the MPD, with an emphasis on enhancing accuracy and efficiency through effective communication.
  
  

Your Boarding Pass

• You hold at least a Bachelor degree in engineering, or equivalent for this role.
• Y ou have a minimum of five ( 5) years of demonstrable experience in a technical role within the aerospace industry, with a significant focus on documentation and stakeholder interaction.
• You have experience with aircraft operators or airworthiness roles (preferable).
• You have demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately identify changes within complex engineering reports.
• You have the a bility to understand the technical ramifications of these changes.
• You have the ability to assess the potential impact of these changes on aircraft operators, considering factors such as maintenance schedules.
• You have proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering to resolve technical discrepancies.
• You have the ability to work effectively under tight schedules.
• You have proven ability to interpret and analyze engineering reports with high accuracy and validate information for regulatory compliance and MPD alignment.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical discussions.
• You have demonstrated ability to constructively validate data and maintain positive working relationships.
• You have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• You have knowledge of the S1000D standard (asset).
