WHO YOU ARE:
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Brand Styling Manager, the E-commerce Stylist will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Attending all E-commerce photo shoots, five days a week.
- In collaboration with the styling team, style apparel with accessories and footwear for E-commerce photoshoot in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Ensure each styled product is presented in its best form, paying close attention to fit, details, etc.
- Prepare garments for every E-commerce photo shoot, including steaming, tagging, etc.
- Manage shoot timelines and ensure all styling assets are delivered on schedule.
- Work closely with the Brand Styling Manager to ensure alignment and cohesion execution on styling direction and vision, while maintaining clear and professional communication and providing timely feedback on any issues or questions that arise in the studio.
- Work closely with the E-commerce team to track priorities and ensure all deadlines are met on time.
- Organizing daily E-commerce samples in the studio, including clothing, accessories, and footwear. Ensuring they are properly organized by collection and by month.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient studio environment.
- Leading weekly planning meetings with the Brand Styling Manager to review, coordinate, and create outfit looks for upcoming shoots.
- Collaborating with the Brand Styling Manager to conduct daily trend research and develop monthly trend boards to inform styling decisions and directions.
- A diploma (DEC) in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Design or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in fashion styling, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- A strong understanding of current fashion trends, seasonal looks and silhouettes.
- Ability to style different body types, genders and product categories (swim, lingerie’s, etc.). Ability to maintain brand consistency across all styled looks.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong eye for garment fit and good coordination on set.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with photographers, models and creative team. Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Preferably bilingual (English and French).
- Available to work 5 days in the office per week in Laval.
