What You’ll Like About This Job

Imperial is offering two internship opportunities in Norman Wells, NT, targeting Sahtu beneficiaries for one-year paid training programs in plant/field operations and trades support. These entry-level roles are part of Imperial’s upstream petroleum operations and include extensive hands-on and formal training. Ideal candidates are high school graduates with a valid driver’s license and a strong interest in energy sector careers.

What You'll Need

• Grade 12 high school diploma or GED equivalent

• 4th Class Power Engineer certificate (for Plant Operator Intern role)
• Ability to work in a team and shift environment
• Clear communication skills
