Donor Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Donor Relations Specialist to join our Donor Development team.  

In this role, you will assist in cultivating relationships with mid-level donors, reactivating lapsed donors, converting existing constituents into donors, and acquiring new donors. You will also support the Development department with administrative duties and special projects. 

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong commitment to confidentiality. The ideal candidate is a creative and resourceful self-starter—engaging, energetic, and able to connect with others with sincerity and compassion.
