Responsibilities:
- Identify high-opportunity service customers based on equity, vehicle age, mileage, and service history.
- Conduct professional on-the-spot vehicle appraisals using dealership-approved tools (VAuto).
- Collaborate with the Sales Managers to generate accurate new vehicle quotes, tailored financing/leasing options, and upgrade offers.
- Present trade-in and upgrade opportunities to service customers through in-person conversations, phone calls, text, or email.
- Track and follow up on all active upgrade leads through the CRM.
- Support used car department with quality vehicle acquisitions from service lane traffic.
- Achieve monthly sales conversion and acquisition targets as defined by management.
- Provide a premium guest experience that aligns with the dealership’s brand promise.
- Educate customers about equity, available incentives, and loyalty offers.
- Maintain a visible, friendly presence in the service lounge to build trust with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, vehicle specifications, and availability to provide accurate and timely upgrade options.
- Act as a product expert by staying informed on model changes, new technology, trim levels, and feature enhancements across the brand lineup.
- Complete all required manufacturer training and certifications to ensure product mastery and compliance with OEM standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid OMVIC License
- Previous experience in automotive sales, service advising, vehicle acquisition, or retention roles (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management tools, and appraisal software.
- Ability to assess vehicle condition and understand appraisal fundamentals.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- Professional and polished demeanor.
