Business Development Manager/Director

Job Description

• Represent the mission, values and expertise of the company Develop
• Develop, execute and oversee business strategy locally and contribute to International Business Initiative
• Maintain account and achieved monthly and annual sales
• Maintain great knowledge on market data.
• Mine/prospect potential client contacts to Business Development team for follow up
• Collaborate with creation, implementation and maintenance of client communication tools, including e-mail announcements/LinkedIn/ website contents
• Participate in any events aligned with Business strategiesProfil
• Capability of selling project and Consulting

Profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years in CRO/Business development activities/pharmaceutical related field
• Very organized, self-motivated, independent producer
• Ability to deal with monthly target objectives
• Strong customer focus, great communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convince, and persuade

Education

• Mimimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in Sciences with DESS in administration

 Salary

• Salary will be as per level of experience starting at 86 000$- 150 000 plus commission
