Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Support: Act as a liaison, supporting the QA Manager and Director of Maintenance to ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Quality Assurance Program Execution: Lead and execute key functions of the Quality Assurance program, working closely with the QA Manager and DOM to achieve operational excellence.
  • QA Findings Management: Review and track the resolution of QA findings, working with Department Managers and Area Supervisors to implement corrective actions.
  • Lead Auditor: Take the lead in conducting internal audits, ensuring rigorous quality standards, and providing guidance to auditors for continuous improvement.
  • Policy & Procedure Audits: Collaborate in the preparation and auditing of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be a proactive participant in evaluating, refining, and improving quality assurance processes across the company.
  • Additional Duties: Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the President, QA Manager, or Operations Manager.
