As the Optician Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a dedicated team, delivering exceptional patient care, and contributing to the ongoing success of a boutique clinic that prides itself on personalized service and high standards in vision care.

How do we take care of you?
- Full time, permanent position

- Licensed Optician in the province of British Columbia
- Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient service
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Motivational skills that will energise your team and drive success
- Financial understanding of sales, targets and budgets
- PC skills to use iOS and microsoft platforms
- Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher
- Living within Canada
- Fluency in to Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
