What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain Cole International's social media profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and build brand awareness
  • Create engaging content, including images and videos, tailored to each platform
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop a content calendar and implement campaigns
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Assist in blog content creation and scheduling
  • Monitor online mentions, respond to reviews, and engage with followers to build a strong online presence
  • Provide support for company events and trade shows


What You'll Bring

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1+ year of social media management experience (an advantage but not required)
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • A creative mindset with a passion for building online communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media tools like HubSpot, Canva, and Animoto is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
