What You Will Do Here
- Provide leadership, support and co-ordination to all our partner teams in BC and Alberta.
- Ensure our partners are providing the required training for their technicians to be successful.
- Overall accountability for ensuring our SLA target is met amongst our partner workforce, this includes 5 Star, repeats, RGU’s (revenue generating units) and PSB (professional services billing).
- Perform field inspections to ensure the quality of work aligns with our customers expectations.
- Complete health and safety inspections to ensure Aecon’s safety expectations are met.
- The role will manage the link between our partner workforce and ATSI.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives.
- 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
- 10+ years of experience working with copper and GPON infrastructure.
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills are essential.
- Skilled at building positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Excellent customer service skills, a passion for problem ownership, and a customer-first attitude.
- Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.
- Ability to travel between BC and Alberta.
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
