Our client, Harris & Company LLP (Harris), is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join their Vancouver team. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to actively contribute to firm-wide marketing initiatives.

About Harris

Harris is a leading workplace law and advocacy firm in Western Canada. Known for its deep expertise, responsive client service, and collaborative internal culture, Harris supports a wide range of public and private sector clients in complex legal matters. With the resources of a large firm and the collegiality of a smaller one, Harris offers a flexible, supportive, and professional work environment with a strong commitment to leadership development and continuous learning.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support and collaborate on a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including events. This role requires someone flexible, proactive, and eager to dive into multiple projects simultaneously - from maintaining website updates and managing CRM databases to assisting with social media content and email marketing campaigns. A unique aspect of this role is the active involvement in complex event coordination, supporting the execution of several significant firm conferences and client-facing events each year.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with event coordination, including managing event registration platforms, sending invitations, greeting clients, preparing materials, liaising with third parties, and providing on-site event support;
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including setup, content input, graphic design, and distribution via email marketing tools such as Vuture;
  • Maintain and update the firm’s website, including posting articles, managing content, and general site upkeep using WordPress;
  • Assist with CRM database management and upkeep using software such as InterAction or HubSpot;
  • Create engaging slide decks, graphics, and promotional materials;
  • Assist with social media activities, including drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring platforms to support firm visibility and engagement.

You are the right candidate for this role if you:

  • Have at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in an entrepreneurial environment, through which you’ve developed fundamental marketing skills;
  • Are highly adaptable, thrive on multitasking, and can comfortably pivot between projects in a fast-paced setting;
  • Bring enthusiasm and practical experience in event coordination, comfortable managing both front-of-house client interactions and behind-the-scenes logistics;
  • Are familiar with event management platforms (e.g., Pheedloop) to support event registration, invitations, and attendee management for in-person and online events;
  • Possess advanced PowerPoint skills;
  • Have hands-on experience with WordPress, CRM tools (InterAction, HubSpot), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture);
  • Possess proficiency with graphic design, including familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and advanced Canva Pro usage;
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute tasks quickly and effectively;
  • Believe no task is too small and willingly roll up your sleeves to support the team wherever needed.

Why join Harris?
