What is the role?

At Coactuate, Managers are an integral part of our multidisciplinary teams. They oversee various client projects and also contribute to the development of our studio. Specific responsibilities of the role may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure successful design and delivery of client projects  
• Lead project-specific client meetings, including co-creative workshops, and manage specific client relationships on projects
• Contribute to training and onboarding of new hires by generating content and facilitating sessions
• Support business development (e.g., contributing to proposals)

What is required for the role?

• Advanced degree (Master’s Degree or higher) with a strong record of academic accomplishment
• 7+ years of work experience in consulting, healthcare, or life sciences
• Demonstrated interpersonal awareness and ability to collaborate with others, manage competing interests, and ensure all viewpoints are considered
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills, with an ability prioritize relevant information and tailor to the level and experience of the audience
• Track record of thoroughness and attention to detail when supporting the project team on deliverables or preparing for internal and client meetings
• Experience planning and managing projects and teams, adapting to changing workload priorities, and proactively communicating with relevant stakeholders on progress
• Excellent critical thinking skills and experience using frameworks to support analysis and sensemaking
