Job Summary
As an Project Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs and projects from initiation through to successful implementation. You will be accountable for delivering business outcomes on time, within scope and budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies and technology infrastructure.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of assigned programs/projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project execution, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across business units, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, including internal staff, consultants, and contractors.
- Report on project status, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and sponsors.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project team.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10–15 years of relevant project/program management experience, preferably in financial services or large enterprise environments.
- Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate challenging situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills across all levels of the organization.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- High learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven approach to planning and execution.
