Infosys is seeking a talented Gen AI Product Owner

Role Designation – Principal Consultant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
• Strong Analytical skills along with the knowledge of API tools. Able to work in collaborative environment and support the testing and dev team.
• Good Understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies. Proficiency in requirements management tools like JIRA, Confluence to document and track requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Preferred Qualification :

• Analyze an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather, and synthesize information to support the analysis and design of processes and systems.
• Capability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
  
  

Good to have :

• Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants, chatbots, Conversational Generative AI, Agent Assist, bonus if have Voice bot experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset, makes data driven decisions, always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered.
  
  

Cross functional Knowledge on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Ontario: $ 101500 to $ 134404
