Résumé Du Poste

Nous recherchons un Développeur en Automatisation Assurance Qualité rigoureux et passionné par la qualité logicielle pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans l’assurance qualité de nos produits en effectuant des tests d’intégration. En collaboration étroite avec l’équipe IVV (Intégration, Vérification et Validation), il définira, rédigera, maintiendra et exécutera des scénarios de tests orientés utilisateurs, manuels, et automatisés à l’aide de scripts Python.

Principales Responsabilités

• Concevoir, rédiger et exécuter des scénarios de tests d’intégration fonctionnels et de non-régression, selon les critères définis en collaboration avec l’équipe IVV.
• Maintenir et faire évoluer le scenario de tests afin de couvrir les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les cas d’usage critiques des utilisateurs.
• Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies détectées durant les campagnes de tests.
• Automatiser progressivement les cas de tests manuels en utilisant Python et les outils d’automatisation mis en place.
• Intégrer les tests automatisés dans le pipeline CI/CD.
• S'assurer que les tests sont exécutés à chaque version et que les résultats sont analysés et communiqués de manière efficace.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de validation et des outils de test.
  
  

Compétences et qualifications requise :s

• Scolarité : Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience : 5 ans minimum en assurance qualité logicielle, en automatisation de tests, idéalement en environnement de test d’intégration.
• Fortes connaissances en rédaction de plans de tests et de scénarios de tests orientés utilisateurs.
• Maîtrise de Python pour l’automatisation de tests.
• Connaissance des outils de gestion de tests (ex. : TestRail, Xray, etc.) et de suivi de bogues (ex. : Jira).
• Familiarité avec les environnements de développement logiciel, les pipelines CI/CD et les pratiques DevOps.
• Compétences recherchées : Esprit d’analyse, rigueur, autonomie et bon sens de la communication.
• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire. Bonnes compétences en anglais pour les lectures d’ouvrages spécialisés/scientifiques et logiciels non disponibles en français.

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Assurance Automation Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products by performing integration testing. In close collaboration with the IVV (Integration, Verification, and Validation) team, they will define, write, maintain, and execute user-oriented test scenarios—manual, and automated using Python scripts.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute functional integration and regression test scenarios based on criteria defined in collaboration with the IVV team.
• Maintain and enhance the test scenario to cover new features and critical user use cases.
• Identify, document, and track issues found during test campaigns.
• Gradually automate manual test cases using Python and the automation tools in place.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Ensure tests are executed for every release and that results are analyzed and communicated effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of validation processes and testing tools.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years minimum in software quality assurance, test automation, ideally in an integration testing environment.
• Strong knowledge in writing test plans and user-oriented test scenarios.
• Proficiency in Python for test automation.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Understanding of software development environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Preferred skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, autonomy, and strong communication skills.
• Language skills: French required.Good English skills for reading specialized/scientific books and software not available in French.
