This is a founder-level creative and technical command role. As Master of Play, you are the soul architect of Infinite Play Studios. Every system, every sensation, every spark of interactivity—flows from your vision. You don’t just ship games. You architect worlds, define engines, shape emotion, and lead with a synthesis of artistic genius and engineering precision.

Minimum commitment: 20 hours/week. If that’s not feasible, this isn’t your stage.

This Is An Equity Partner Role. That Means

  • No upfront cash compensation
  • Equity (shares) at founding partner level (vesting standard)
  • Future token-based rewards (pending legal review)
  • Salary activates with revenue-based milestones

Overview

We’re recruiting a Master of Play to serve as the founding visionary, system architect, and execution lead for Infinite Play Studios—Anime Universe’s experimental, edge-driven game development cell.

You will set the vision and architecture for our proprietary stack:

  • A zero-dependency 2D/3D/VR runtime core
  • Presence-driven interface systems
  • Custom language compiler + IDE
  • Emotion-aware logic & adaptive simulation

And you will direct the development of our original IPs

What You’ll Own

  • Architect the studio’s vision, roadmap, and philosophy across all titles
  • Direct engine, interface, gameplay, and AI integration systems
  • Lead and mentor a full-stack team of engineers, designers, and simulation architects
  • Be the final decision-maker on game feel, immersion logic, and player feedback loops
  • Scale and synchronize creative teams across IP pods and tech R&D
  • Establish rituals of creative iteration, system architecture, and cross-discipline alignment

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in game development, with deep experience in gameplay systems, engine design, or AI integration
  • Proven track record leading game development from pre-production to post-launch
  • Expertise in both high-level architecture and hands-on implementation (C++, C#, custom scripting)
  • Experience with emotion-driven systems, simulation logic, and narrative gameplay
  • Strong understanding of VR/AR, experimental interface design, and immersive UX
  • Sharp aesthetic and design instincts—your code expresses emotion
  • Bonus: built a proprietary game engine or language; shipped IPs in anime, sci-fi, or mythic genres
