  • ngA post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, or 5+ years of experience in strategic sale
  • s.Experience in Electric Motors and Industrial Sales is highly desirabl
  • e.A client-focused, motivated team player with a strong drive to succee
  • d.Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling client pitche
  • s.Strong negotiation and relationship management skill
  • s.Analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolutio

  • s.Strong interpersonal and organizational skill
  • s.Proficiency in MS Office programs and MS Dynamics CR

  • iesEstablish and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients to meet assigned sales targe
  • ts.Focus sales efforts primarily on End Users, Distribution Partners, Consulting Firms, and OEMs across British Columb
  • ia.Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales, support, and management, to ensure optimal account performan
  • ce.Assess, clarify, and address customer needs on an ongoing bas
  • is.Develop and execute strategic customer account plans that align with company standar
  • ds.Negotiate terms of sale within authority limi
  • ts.Meet with new and existing clients regularly to maintain and grow business relationshi
  • ps.Travel across British Columbia as needed to meet client and business requiremen
  • ts.Stay up to date with industry trends, company products, and market developmen
