About the Role

Sonic Incytes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Co-op Student or Recent Graduate to join our dynamic marketing team. This summer internship position will begin in June and continue until end of August/early September. The individual in the role will report to and work collaboratively with the Senior Vice President of Sales and the Growth Marketing Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support various marketing and sales initiatives with a focus on CRM management, content creation, and marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HubSpot CRM clean-up and workflow development, ensuring accurate data management and efficient automation processes.
• Perform data entry and updates in HubSpot, maintaining the integrity and organization of lead and contact records.
• Provide creative support in the design of social media graphics and website content, working within brand guidelines.
• Help update marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Contribute to other marketing and sales support tasks as required, including market research, campaign coordination, and content development.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Completed / pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or certification in business, marketing, advertising, communications, public relations or equivalent.
• Understanding of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is an asset.
• Experience with graphic design and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) required.
• Basic digital marketing experience, with knowledge in managing social media channels, web, email. Knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital advertising is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic experience with content creation
• Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communications skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Dropbox and Google Suite.
