Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) directeur(ice)-adjoint, passionné(e) et reconnu(e) pour donner un excellent service à la clientèle et qui a à cœur d’offrir à nos clients une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle qui les enchantera totalement !
Le/la directeur(ice)-adjoint relèvera du marchand-propriétaire et sera responsable des mandats confiés de temps à autres par le propriétaire. Il s’agit d’un rôle clé au sein de l’entreprise Alimentation Jean-Marc Fortin inc. La personne recherchée possède au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou à titre de gérant de département dans un commerce d’alimentation au détail. Expérience pertinente requise dans les fruits et légumes, et expérience dans la boulangerie et / ou repas sur le pouce un atout. Doit absolument connaitre les processus et systèmes de commandes de Loblaw (Provigo / Maxi).
Elle sera appelée aussi à superviser un ou des départements, et se verra octroyer des mandats divers tel que confié de temps à autre par le propriétaire. Le travail implique du travail physique manuel (remplir les présentoirs, assurer fraicheur, rotation, et du travail de bureau et suivis administratifs divers au niveau des processus, etc. La personne doit avoir une belle attitude, être motivée et travaillante, avoir une belle feuille de route dans le réseau des magasins Loblaw, être résiliente et doit être capable de bien gérer le stress et la pression qui vient avec les responsabilités de son poste dans un magasin à grande surface/volume. Elle sait faire preuve de leadership, de beaucoup d’autonomie, d’initiatives, capacité de voir les priorités, est bonne communicatrice, et est axée sur le travail d’équipe et l’atteinte des résultats. Doit être disponible en tout temps.
Salaire, boni et avantages sociaux très concurrentiels selon l’expérience. 10% de rabais employé en magasin dès l’embauche.
