As a Specialist, Debt Solutions [First Contact Center] your responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming familiar with statutory requirements for bankruptcy and insolvency
  • Answering/responding to phone and online leads/inquiries for individuals seeking insolvency services
  • Undertaking intake steps and process to qualify leads
  • Undertaking follow-up process on leads/inquiries
  • Compiling information as necessary required to support insolvency process
  • Booking appointments and corresponding via email as necessary
  • Preparing letters as directed using template letter formats with customization as needed
  • Other duties as required

  • Ability to speak French is a requirement
  • Professional attitude, ability and presence to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external contacts within a professional services environment
  • Proven to be detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent
  • Outstanding organization skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and diplomacy
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and face tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with MS Teams and Bookings considered an asset
  • Willing to learn customized time and billing and client management data systems
  • Two to three years’ demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
  • Experience serving clients both on the phone and in person considered an asset.
