As a Sales Operations Analyst you'll be responsible to drive operational excellence across Canada, LATAM, and APAC. This role ensures seamless logistics, sales operations, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management, sales support, and international market dynamics, with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.

- Order and Backorder Management:
- Process weekly orders and manage backorders for assigned channels, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Minimize order discrepancies and proactively resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Channel Performance Management:
- Monitor and maintain dashboards that report on WOS (Weeks of Supply), sell-through, forecast accuracy, STOO (Sell-Through Order Outlook), and other critical analytics for your channel.
- Own CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) initiatives with retailers, tracking and managing monthly variances.
- Utilize data to drive business planning and make rapid, entrepreneurial business decisions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with inventory and supply teams.
- Lead projects that create positive change, improve service levels, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Revenue and Inventory Optimization:
- Develop short-term revenue projections based on customer inventory and ordering cycles (STOO).
- Communicate allocation and manage the consequences of supply shortages with customers to optimize ROI.
- Ensure efficient, profitable execution of business across all channels and retailers.
- Inbound Shipment Tracking:
- Monitor and track incoming shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Quickly resolve transportation delays and issues.
- Customs and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain customs documentation for imports and exports, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee SAP-based inventory processes, including receiving, reconciliation, and monthly inventory checks.
- Manage inventory transfers between locations to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Revenue Cut-Off Verification:
- Compile and verify end-of-month revenue data for accurate financial reporting.
- Excess Inventory Management:
- Track and manage excess inventory levels, focusing on reducing overstock efficiently.
- Carrier and Invoice Management:
- Track outbound shipments, verify carrier invoices, and resolve chargeback disputes.
- 4-5 years of experience in supply chain and/or sales operations, ideally within consumer-packaged goods.
- Experience working with national retailers (Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Amazon) is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to quickly summarize and articulate complex situations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without day-to-day supervision.
