We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support the development of digital commerce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to define and prioritize business needs that enhance the online shopping experience. You will help shape solutions that span product discovery, checkout, fulfillment, and customer engagement. While you’ll work alongside technical teams, this role is primarily functional, with a focus on business process understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and requirements definition.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business teams—including Marketing, E-commerce, Fulfillment, and Customer Service—to gather and define requirements that align with customer and business goals.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Support feature development for areas such as product listings, promotions, shopping carts, checkout, payment, and order tracking.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and plan releases.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure features are delivered as intended.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, including planning, demos, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document current and future-state processes, and support change management and training activities where needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the online customer journey—from product discovery to post-purchase service.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and writing business requirements/user stories in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at translating complex business needs into practical, easy-to-understand requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Bonus: familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce), customer data platforms, or loyalty systems.
