Location : Homebased within reasonable travel distance of East, North and West London, Essex and Hertfordshire
Salary Package: £44,756 per annum (increasing to £49,729 in 18 months) + £750 per annum Homeworking Allowance + £4,184 London Weighting (if eligible)

This role is working from home, however you will be required to travel to East, North and West London, Essex and Hertfordshire therefore being a driver and having access to your own car is a must.
Responsibilities Of The Fostering Recruitment Manager
Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations
Must be a registered qualified social worker
Fostering Experience And Recruitment And Assessment Experience Is Required

Responsibilities Of The Fostering Recruitment Manager
- Managing local recruitment in line with the strategy
- Supervising and managing the fostering recruitment officer and the assessing social workers
- Collaborate with local foster carers to support and organise recruitment events
Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations
Must be a registered qualified social worker
