This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. As a GenAI Solutions Builder, you'll have the chance to design and implement AI-driven systems that shorten development cycles, minimize errors, and deliver scalable solutions, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
This Role Is Ideal If You Have
- Created code modules to incorporate advanced LLMs into applications, such as customer support chatbots and API integrations.
- Improved legacy systems with predictive analytics or personalized recommendations through automated AI solutions.
- Utilized AI to swiftly address recurring bug fixes and feature requests, including real-time language translation or content personalization.
What You Will Be Doing
- Developing New AI Products and Features: Refine LLMs to build innovative AI-powered products and modules that seamlessly integrate into existing solutions or serve as the basis for new offerings, as demonstrated by our team with www.eloquens.ai.
- Streamlining Internal Processes: Employ cutting-edge AI techniques to automate tasks and workflows within the organization.
- Drive faster product releases and enhance customer satisfaction through continuous AI-driven advancements.
- AI-First Approach (if your initial reaction is to write code and then use AI tools to verify or enhance it, rather than the reverse, please do not apply).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer.
- Experience with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
- Proven track record in deploying Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact.
- Experience in leveraging various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges.
