Job Type - Full-Time (minimum 30 hours)

Hourly wage - $18.50 - $19.50/hr (based on experience)

We're searching for a dedicated and driven Team Lead who is passionate about running energized, well organized shifts, and genuinely enjoys creating a positive environment for the team and our guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can think on their feet, and values team work and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the FOH/BOH teams during your shift
• Ensure quality, speed and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Run the shift efficiently and proactively solves problems as they arise
• Train, motivate, and guide team members
• Communicate clearly with management and staff
• Uphold company policies and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Take initiative and make thoughtful decisions that benefit the team and the business

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership or supervisory role in food service or hospitality
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Solution-oriented mindset - always looking for what's best for the team and company
• Availability for full-time hours including weekends
• Willingness to grow with us long-term

Nice to have:

• Willingness to relocate to different city is a plus
• Interest in being part of an ambitious, growing brand
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen set up
• Basic understanding of inventory, sales and labour costs and what it means to help a shift hit KPIs
