Senior Program Manager

Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager in the Technology Sector in a hybrid work environment in Waterloo, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap and Integrated Sprint Plan. Work daily with Technology Leads and Architecture
• Extensive experience leading Agile teams to optimize the delivery model, manage scrum team level interdependencies, increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of innovation to increase efficiencies and remove risks to successful deployment
  
  

Successful Candidates Will Have

• Over 10 years of Project, Program and Portfolio management and Technical Delivery with an emphasis on Governance Framework planning/implementation, IT Service and Operations Management, Financial Management, Risk Management and Decision Analysis.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Agile Delivery
  
  

Soft Skills

• Ability to manage a project portfolio
