Location: Remote (USA-Based with Extensive Travel)

Atlantic Industries is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development to spearhead growth of our flagship Ultra-Cor product across the United States.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth – Actively identify, pursue, and create new sales opportunities for Ultra-Cor Bridges across a broad U.S. territory.
- Build Relationships – Develop deep, trust-based relationships with partners, engineers, contractors, DOTs, owners, and key decision-makers.
- Stay on the Move – Travel extensively to industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and networking opportunities as well as jobsites when required. (Yes, you’ll need a good suitcase.)
- Consult and Educate – Serve as a knowledgeable resource on Ultra-Cor’s technical advantages, installation efficiencies, carbon footprint reduction and cost savings.
- Internally Collaborate – Work closely with management, internal engineering, marketing, and partners to deliver top-tier solutions and customer service.
- A road warrior – Comfortable with heavy travel (up to 75%) across the U.S.
- A connector – You’ve got a network or know how to build one in the bridge, buried bridge , or civil construction space.
- A closer – You can turn a lead into a loyal customer with charm, technical knowledge, and follow-through.
- A self-starter – You work independently but know how to rally the team when needed.
- A solution promoter – Experience selling technical or engineered products is a major asset.
- A ton of energy and drive
- 5+ years in business development (ideally in civil, infrastructure, bridge, or buried metal bridges)
- Existing contacts or experience working with DOTs, engineering consultants, or infrastructure contractors
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- A valid driver’s license and a passport (you’ll need both)
