Purpose:
We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across email marketing, video content, and social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital trends, and enjoys bringing brand stories to life through coordinated, multi-channel content.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms.
- Create email marketing campaigns including writing, layout coordination, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Develop and edit video content for social media, website, and digital advertising.
- Oversee social media calendars, post approvals, and publishing across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying and nurturing digital brand partnerships.
- Track campaign performance, provide analytics reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Maintain alignment with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay informed on trends in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and platform innovations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, influencer relations, or business development.
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
- Basic video editing experience (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with influencer outreach, content collaborations, and relationship building is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is preferred.
