Human Resources Director - People & Culture

Our Client is a global, food packaging equipment manufacturer who proudly enjoys a history of over 110 years of success within Europe and 35 years within North America due, in part, to its unfailing commitment to Quality and strong focus on Customer Service. They now require the talents of a dynamic Director of Human Resources to join the organization's local, North American division. With 15+ years of progressive experience leading HR teams and organizations, the Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in executing strategic Human Resources initiatives. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Health & Safety functions as well as leading a small HR team to ensure organizational alignment with the Company’s strategic goals.

The Director of Human Resources will work closely with the senior leadership team to create and implement employee engagement initiatives while also enhancing current programs.
