About the Role

The Manager, Prospect Research & Development is a subject matter and functional expert within the Advancement and Alumni Engagement (AAE) Department. The position leads the development of recommendations and provides advice based on industry donor and pipeline development best practices, comprehensive prospect research, and actionable strategic analysis that guides decision-making and informs donor and alumni strategy development by department leadership, frontline fundraisers and the VPAAE. The role also manages the prioritization and assignment of team research tasks, provide project management and development support to the program Director, and leads the development of research approaches that enhance data optimization, and the identification and qualification of major gift donor prospects.
