You are a passionate and experienced RTL Design Engineer with a deep understanding of digital RTL development and debugging. With over 8 years of expert experience, you have a strong drive to take responsibility for increasingly complex designs and a relentless pursuit of excellence. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are always eager to learn and explore new technologies. Your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are exceptional, and you have a proven track record in ASIC design and associated development environments. You are fluent in synthesizable Verilog, comfortable with Perl, familiar with C, and experienced with digital simulation and debugging using industry-standard tools. Your commitment to creating innovative solutions and your strong interest in staying at the forefront of technology make you an ideal candidate for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generating and reviewing design specifications and developing implementation architectures.
- Developing, coding, debugging, maintaining, and supporting RTL for significant portions of our designs.
- Generating documentation for customers, circuit development, test planning, verification environments, and usage.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of designs.
- Participating in design reviews and providing feedback to improve design quality.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into your work.
- Contributing to the development of cutting-edge silicon chips that power the next generation of smart, secure devices.
- Enhancing the performance and reliability of our designs through meticulous RTL development and debugging.
- Supporting our customers by providing thorough documentation and technical expertise.
- Driving innovation and excellence in our design processes and methodologies.
- Collaborating with a talented team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Helping Synopsys maintain its leadership position in the semiconductor industry through your technical contributions.
- 5+ years of expert experience in digital RTL development and debugging.
- Proficiency in synthesizable Verilog and familiarity with Perl and C.
- Experience with digital simulation and debugging using industry-standard tools.
- Strong knowledge of ASIC design and associated development environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passionate and driven engineer with a strong desire to learn and explore new technologies.
