Senior Motion Designer Rogers Creative
Who We're Looking For
Rogers Creative is seeking a Senior Motion Designer with advanced expertise in Cinema 4D to join our team of passionate artists, designers, animators, and design thinkers. You’ll play a key role in shaping content across our broadcast, radio, and sports media brands.
We’re looking for someone with an extensive background in motion design and a strong understanding of pace, timing, flow, and energy. You know how to translate creative ideas into compelling visuals that align with diverse brand identities. You also have a sharp eye for layout, composition, typography, and photography. Your mastery of Cinema 4D and After Effects will be central to how you bring ideas to life.
Working collaboratively with an Art Director across various mediums, this role requires the ability to multitask, troubleshoot, solve problems, and stay self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Your thirst for quality work, awareness of current cultural trends, and passion for all things creative are complemented by exceptional animation skills and a deep love for broadcast design. What You'll Do
- Is highly creative, insightful, and deeply passionate about animation
- Has expert-level skills in Cinema 4D and a drive to push 3D motion design to new heights
- Can lead the creative process from concept development to execution while fostering collaboration
- Helps build a positive team environment and aligns work with team goals and expectations
- Leads the conceptualization and execution of campaigns across all platforms
- Clearly presents and explains concepts, answers questions, and communicates revisions to the team
- Mentors and inspires team members
- Maintains deadlines and keeps creative teams organized
- Manages external partners such as animation studios, freelancers, and vendors
- Proven and progressive years of professional experience in motion design/animation
- Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D
- Highly skilled in After Effects, with experience in 2D/3D workflow integration
- Fluent in a variety of animation techniques, design systems, and post-production processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Exceptional taste in design, typography, colour, and visual storytelling
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant motion design tools
