Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, as well as maintain an effort to hung and obtain new business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, developing deep understanding of each client's business needs and objectives.
• Manage accounts through regular meetings (touch points)
• Make efforts to visit accounts and prospects in-person on a bi-annual basis in order to: maintain relationship, gather industry intelligence and present updated company presentation (new products
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients.
• Identify potential customers and develop strategic plans to obtain introductory meetings o Maintain a healthy list of accounts not in the Cryopak portfolio or Develop strategies to win these accounts
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Work with operations and customer service to coordinate open orders
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities affecting clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and renewals.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account activities in CRM systems.
• Provide upper management with a quarterly report on highlighted sales activity (good and bad), industry trends and recommendations for product development.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in account management, sales, or related roles
• Knowledge of CRM software
