HR Operations
As our HR , your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day HR operational tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintaining and updating employee records within our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Preparing HR-related documentation, reports, and presentations with clarity and precision.
- Supporting the employee lifecycle through the onboarding (i.e. background checks, opening IT tickets, onboarding and welcome emails to newly hired employees) and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive BCA experience.
- Assisting in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Assisting with employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
- Assisting with meeting scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination.
- Contributing to HR-related projects through administrative and organizational support.
- Assisting in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Fluency in both English and French (Bilingualism is essential) to effectively communicate within our diverse team.
- Actively pursuing an HR degree (over 50% completed). This is an opportunity to leverage your developing HR knowledge
- Organizational skills and a natural inclination for follow-through. You're someone who can manage multiple tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- A keen eye for detail and a meticulous approach to your work. Accuracy and precision are paramount in this role.
