Lime is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Science & Analytics team! In this role, you will report to the Manager of Analytics Engineering & BI and serve as the primary liaison between our Finance and Data teams. You will be responsible for transforming complex data from multiple sources into actionable insights that directly impact Lime’s financial strategy and decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary data partner of the Finance team, proactively creating and surfacing analysis and insights to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools in Tableau.
- Build, optimize, and automate SQL queries and data transformations to power financial reporting pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on financial trends, business performance, and key drivers impacting Lime’s bottom line.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate and standardize financial data from various sources.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and documentation to support reliable financial reporting.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance financial data workflows.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights drive action.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or management consulting.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in writing efficient, scalable queries.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience analyzing financial data and working closely with Finance teams.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive and senior leadership decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and finance stakeholders to drive data initiatives forward.
- Experience in B2C or marketplace business models.
- Familiarity with dbt and modern data transformation best practices.
- Background in financial modeling, FP&A, or corporate finance analytics.
