Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a welcoming dining experience.

  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

  • Deliver orders promptly, ensuring food and beverages meet quality standards.

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.

  • Follow all health and safety regulations and resort service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server or waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or resort (1+ year preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • Smart Serve Certification (required in Ontario).

  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
