Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant & Cleaning Attendant to join our team. This role supports both kitchen operations and general cleaning across resort premises, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth back-of-house functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Support:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food prep and cleaning tasks

• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils

• Keep the kitchen and storage areas clean, organized, and hygienic

• Dispose of kitchen waste and follow recycling procedures

• Restock supplies as needed

General Cleaning Duties:

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and staff zones

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust public and back-of-house areas

• Refill cleaning materials and maintain housekeeping supplies

• Follow safety procedures for cleaning chemicals and tools

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is a plus

• Ability to handle physical tasks and work on your feet for extended periods

• Good communication skills and team spirit

• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety protocols

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
