Resort Spa Attendant

Position Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Spa Attendant to join our Wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a clean, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests while supporting spa therapists and management in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm and courteous manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa areas including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, and common spaces.

• Stock towels, linens, beverages, and supplies regularly.

• Ensure all equipment and amenities are sanitized and functioning properly.

• Set up and break down treatment rooms as needed.

• Assist with guest inquiries and provide information on spa services and facilities.

• Coordinate with spa reception and therapists to ensure seamless guest service.

• Monitor locker room safety and maintain a relaxing ambiance at all times.

• Follow health and safety protocols in line with resort and provincial guidelines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or spa preferred.

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically able to lift towels, supplies, and maintain the spa environment.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not mandatory).
